DAY WISE ITINERARY:

Day 01:

  • Arrive Andaman – Carbyn’s Cove, Sound& Light Show at Cellular Jail
  • Arrival at Port Blair
  • Transfer to hotel.
  • After lunch we will proceed to show you Corbyn’s Cove beach the only beach in city of Port Blair.
  • In the evening proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show (at 1820 /1925 & 20:30 hrs depending on ticket availability) at Cellular Jail – where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive.
  • Only on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, first show will be in Hindi & Fourth show will be in English and rest other days both shows will be in Hindi. Also note Sound & Light Show tickets will be booked for Hindi by default until or unless specifically mentioned for English Show.
  • Return to Hotel
  • Dinner at hotel
  • Overnight stay at hotel

Day 02:

  • Journey to Havelock by Ferry from Port Blair and visit Radha Nagar Beach at Havelock
  • Breakfast at Hotel /Packed Breakfast (Early morning Ferry)
  • Departure by ferry from Port Blair – Havelock. The ferry takes 2.5 hrs to reach Havelock. On arrival proceed to selected hotel and in the evening visit Beach No 7* (Radha Nagar Beach) rated as the ‘Best Beach in Asia’ by
  • Time Magazine. Return to hotel to relax and unwind.

Day 03:

  • Havelock: Excursion to Elephant Beach
  • Breakfast at Hotel
  • (Vehicle will Report at 0700 hrs and please ensure you are ready as the boat will leave at 0830 hrs and it is a further 10 min drive away to the boat)
  • Embark on the most memorable trip for water sports activity (Note : Water activities at extra cost on direct payment basis). It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 metre. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Note: Inclusive of car pick up and drop to jetty. (The tour may be changed to light house subject to weather conditions and visibility)
  • (Do note that incase guest is delayed for Elephant Beach No Refund will be offered if the boat has left)

Day 04:

  • Havelock: check out from hotel, visit Kalapathar Beach and proceed to Port Blair
  • Breakfast at Hotel
  • Free and easy
  • Check out and after lunch visit Kalapathar Beach, a scenic beach access to which is through a wonderful coastal road. Spend an hour and then proceed to the jetty at Havelock to return from Havelock Island in the evening by the ferry and transfer to hotel in Port Blair. The guest will arrive only in the evening at Port Blair. (Do note that all hotels on Havelock have a early morning check out time and late check out is provided at the discretion of the hotel management) Request you to kindly carry the luggage and proceed to Kalapathar Beach.

Day 05:

  • Port Blair – Baratang day visit (closed on every Monday’s)
  • Packed Breakfast at Hotel
  • Early morning start at 0400 hrs from your hotel to proceed towards Baratang. Reach the check post of the tribal reserve at Jirkatang in time to catch the 0600am convoy to Middle Strait (arrival 0800). Your vehicle will remain on South Andaman, while you cross over to Baratang by ferry (departures every 30mins, duration: 15 mins). From Baratang Jetty at South Creek, take a boat ride to the limestone caves (30-45mins) and explore the limestone caves, then return to the Jetty. After that, board a NAC jeep to drive towards the mud volcano (20 mins). The road is poor, and vehicles do not have access all the way. Walk the final kilometer to see the mud bubbling out of the ground. Note: if it is especially rainy, you may not have access at all as it is hard to walk in the slush and vehicle access is also limited. The order of activities (volcano/cave) may be interchanged. Return to Port Blair on the same route of approach.
  • Note that it is illegal to indulge in tribal tourism and taking photos or interacting with any Jarawa if you chance upon them in the tribal reserve is punishable under law. If your purpose of visit is tribal tourism, we will not assist you and we strongly suggest you do not go.

Day 06:

  • Departure- visit cellular jail and museum visit (closed on every Monday’s) en-route
  • Breakfast at Hotel
  • After breakfast check out and visit covering the famous Cellular Jail* (a witness to the freedom struggle), Anthropological Museum, Fisheries (Marine) Museum, Naval Marine Museum (Samudrika) before departing
  • Lunch at Local restaurant /Hotel
  • Transfer to Port Blair Airport to board flight Indigo 6E 152 at 1425hrs and arrive in Bangalore at 1655hrs
  • Meal Plan: Breakfast
